Mary texted me today while I was out with errands asking what sounded good for lunch. I came home to this delightful dish she whipped up: Solomillo Al Whisky, from Alex Snodgrass’s The Defined Dish cookbook. Pork tenderloin by Butcher Box, and for the whisky, we used Balconers Texas single malt. Superb.
