Meet one of the hardest workers on Maui: a honey bee at the renowned O'o Farm. Mary and I visited for one of those organized tours that is actually worth booking. A reservation is essential. The farm only accepts a limited number of guests per walk-around group. This sort of thing isn't always my face, but this was so worth it. And the lunch they served, made entirely from things grown on the farm was just killer. Perhaps the best focaccia I have ever tasted, served straight out of the wood-fired oven on to the table. Dessert was served with some of the best coffee I have ever tasted on Maui. Highly recommended.
