Mary texted me today while I was out with errands asking what sounded good for lunch. I came home to this delightful dish she whipped up: Solomillo Al Whisky, from Alex Snodgrass’s <a title="Amazon link for The Defined Dish." href="https://a.co/d/6wqR2KJ"><em>The Defined Dish</em></a> cookbook. Pork tenderloin by Butcher Box, and for the whisky, we used Balconers Texas single malt. Superb.
