La Tete Carrée Library
Mary and I took a small boat cruise of the Mediterranean in 2019, starting out in Barcelona and ending up in Venice. It was an incredibly fun trip. Neither of us is big on ocean cruising, but this was nothing less than superb. One of the stops was in Monaco (more on that another time), during which we made an excursion to Nice and Eze. Mary had been to Nice before, but I had not. We were looking forward to the markets and relaxing with some coffee and pastries. On the way, I saw something I had never seen before, and amazing piece of architecture, the La Tete Carrée Library. I was gobsmacked. I have to go back and take time.
